If you believe this is in error, it is most likely that you have created more than one account here at the Pandromeda site and the code(s) you are looking for are under a different account name.

Please go to the Reset Password page and put your email address into the second field. This will send you a password change request for all accounts using that email address. Each password reset email will include the account name for that particular password change. If you remember the password(s), you do not need to complete the password change(s). Log into each account until you find the one to which your code(s) are registered.

It is highly recommended that you then edit the account settings to change the names on the multiple accounts so that you may more easily remember the account name under which your product(s) are registered.

For example, if you have accounts msmith, marysmith, and maryjsmith, and you find that your code is registered to marysmith, change the msmith login name to something like marysmith-nocode1 and change maryjsmith to marysmith-nocode2.
